I was really getting sick of all the mediocre baklava that I was running across in the country. No one here can do a decent job of it. So I decided to make my own. Walnuts, cashew, pistachios, and macademias were used. Soaked in a citrus honey syrup with fresh squeezed orange juice. BEST FREAKING BAKLAVA EVER. Had to admit it costed a lot of money since nuts here aren't cheap, but worth every penny. Thank God we had an oven.
